Q: How much is your delivery fee?
A: Our delivery fee varies due to many factors, including location and what is being delivered. Therefore to answer your question precisely, give one of our helpful representatives a call or e-mail. You can also access more information about renting, delivery, and pickup by clicking here.

 

Q: How large of a tent do I need for my Daughter's Wedding?
A: A lot of things need to be considered when determining the size tent required for any particular event. Other questions will have to be answered first, not just the number of expected guests, but things such as what type of event it is, will there be a band, if so, how big, will food &/or alcohol be served, if so, will it be buffet style or delivered to the table by servers (for traffic flow), etc.

All of this can get quite complicated and you wouldn't want your guests left "out in the rain", by not having something that's the correct size, so contact one of our representatives by phone or e-mail.

 

Q: What if I get glassware or china delivered. Do I wash it when everything is over, or does Party Time do that?
A: We ask that residue (such as wine) be rinsed out of the glassware and off the china, prior to pickup. This also applies to items the customer would pick-up (or drop-off) in person, not just for delivered items.
